IWK 250 Campsite Option Selection

With the 2020 edition of the IWK 250 presented by Steve Lewis Super Race Weekend being rescheduled to July 22 to 24, 2021, we are offering the following options to fans who had campsite reservations for 2020:

There are two options:

Transfer to 2021 – Keep your site for next year (you would have until March 31, 2021, to request a full refund if your situation changes); or
Request a Refund – Your site goes back in inventory and will be filled from our waitlist or new reservations. Future reservations by you will be treated as a new reservation with no claim to the space you let go. Please allow 30 days for processing.

Please let us know your choice by submitting the following form by December 31, 2020.

If you do not see the thank-you screen please review the form for errors – they will be indicated by the appropriate field; fix the error/s and resubmit. Sites transferred to 2021 have until March 31, 2021, to request a full refund - please retain your 2020 reservation confirmation until you receive your 2021 confirmation. Sites that are refunded will be filled with waitlist requests and/or new reservations.

Terms

I acknowledge that by clicking submit below I am aware of and agree to the terms of my selection, as follow: By choosing 'Transfer to 2021' the site I have reserved for 2020 will be reserved for my use in 2021; I have until March 31, 2021 to request a full refund should my circumstances change. After that I would be entitled to a partial refund through June 15, 2021 and no refund after that (except for extreme circumstances, as determined by Riverside). If I select 'Refund' the site I had reserved for 2020 reverts back to available inventory and will be available immediately for resale, with no obligation to me for 2021. Any future reservations I make for the IWK 250 will be treated as "new" (vs renewal).
