The track is available for private practice sessions to teams that race at our facility. These sessions must be booked and paid for in advance by using the Track Rental Request form on this page. Please read the Track Rental Policy prior to making a track rental request.
Requests will only be considered for teams that are registered with a series that visits our facility or for teams registered with the track to compete in one of the races over the IWK 250 weekend. A legal representative of the team will be required to complete a Riverside International Speedway Registration Form/Insurance Waiver (one per year) prior to the first session they participate in and each crew member in attendance will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to pit entry at each rental session. The driver of the car must be the person indicated on the Track Rental Request form; should a test driver be required they must also complete a Registration Form/Insurance Waiver before driving on the track.
A maximum of four registered teams can share the rental with only one car on the track at a time. Cars participating in the rental cannot be swapped during the rental period, i.e. the four cars at the track must be the same cars that have been indicated on the Track Rental Request forms.
Rental time slots are noon to 4 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s from June through September; there are no team track rentals the week before an event. The team track rental fee is $150 per car per session and payable in advance at the time the Track Rental Request form is submitted. HST is included.
These sessions are only for the purpose of practicing a race car in advance of one of our events. If you are considering a track rental for any other reason you must make that request with full disclosure of the purpose, the expected number of attendees, etc., in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org – practice session rental rates do not apply for any other purpose.
