By purchasing an event ticket for Riverside International Speedway, Inc. (RIS) you understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Your ticket grants you admission into the venue; one ticket is required per person. There are no refunds or exchanges on these tickets and you understand that proof of age in support of ticket pricing may be requested at the point of entry. If you are unable to produce valid identification in support of the ticket age group purchased, the ticket holder may be denied entry. All prices/rates shown are in Canadian funds. All information including prices, dates, time, entertainment (including headliners), et al, is accurate on a best-effort basis at the time of publishing, but subject to change without notice or compensation.
By using a ticket or any other form of admission which may be offered to RIS events you are agreeing to abide by all rules of conduct posted online or on-site by RIS which may be amended at any time without notice. You further understand RIS is an outdoor venue and that all events are assumed as being held rain or shine and that it/they could be postponed before or during due to weather or other known or unknown events; in the case of a postponement the ticket will be valid on the postponed date. You agree it is your responsibility to be aware of the forecast and prepare accordingly, and to check with the venue prior to departure for the event for notices that may affect start times, dates, etc.
Seating is bleacher style and ticket buyers must be aware and accept all risks involved with using and/or moving up and down bleacher style seating and steps, including but not limited to, slips and falls between seating and/or steps, wood splinters, etc. Loud noise, exhaust fumes, flying dirt, dust, mud, rock, and/or small pieces of rubber or metal could become airborne during the event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to be aware of the surroundings at all times and the ticket holder is aware of and accepts those risks by entering the facility. Furthermore, you are aware this is a mass gathering and it is your own personal responsibility to take appropriate actions to protect yourself from COVID-19 or any other virus, known or unknown.
You agree that you, and any minors who may accompany you, are attending RIS events at your own risk and release RIS, its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and employees from any and all liability for injury or other loss relating to the Event, whether such injury or other loss is caused by any person’s negligence or otherwise.
Furthermore, RIS, its successors and assigns, shall have the unrestricted right and license to use your image, likeness, name, and/or voice, and/or those of any minor accompanying you, in any live or recorded broadcast, telecast, picture, video, audio, audiovisual and/or other recording taken in connection with the Event or other transmission, distribution, public performance, or reproduction in whole or in part of the Event, for all purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, without compensation to any person. The rights granted herein are assignable.

Once you place your order you have agreed to the charges indicated. All online orders are final and non-refundable unless specifically designated in the product information. RIS may decline any order without cause or question; orders are not guaranteed until fulfilled.
