Infant changing stations are located in the ladies restroom at the base of the tower in the main grandstand area.

RIS is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged while on our property. During an event lost and found items will be held at the main entry box office. If you lose an item during an event please provide a written description to the security guard at the bottom of the tower steps; they will get it to the announcer. Starting in 2021, all OHVs (including golf carts) will require a permit to operate at any time (or event) on RIS grounds. Permits are available for the season or for per event. Please review the RIS OHV terms of use prior to using an OHV on RIS property.

There is plenty of free spectator vehicle parking on the grounds. Signs are posted to designate these areas and parking attendants may be on-site, depending on the event.

Sorry, no animals are permitted in the grandstand or pit areas, except for service animals of guests with disabilities (ESA certificate required).

The pit area is restricted to those 18 years of age and older. Everyone entering the pit area MUST sign an electronic liability waiver in advance; it is good for the season but must be shown each time you enter the pit area. The link for the eWaiver is here.  The only exception to the age policy may be for competitors under 18 years of age.  In order for them to gain entry to the pit area, insurance forms must be submitted for review at least 72 hours in advance of arrival at the pit gate. Complete details and forms are here.

In the event of rain, the racing will be temporarily suspended. Every effort will be made to complete the program after the rain stops and the course is deemed safe for competition. If officials decide the bad weather will prevent the return of safe racing conditions in a reasonable amount of time, the remaining races will be postponed or canceled as follows: If no qualifying or heat races have run, your rain check will be honored at the scheduled rain date. If a portion of the qualifying events has been completed, 50% of the value of your attached rain check will be honored at the next scheduled event. There will be no refunds on your ticket if the main event is more than 50% complete. Please keep your ticket stub as the rain check is attached. You must present your ticket with a rain check stub attached for compensation in case a portion or full rainout happens. NO REFUNDS.

Re-entry is permitted if you leave the grandstand area during an event but you MUST get a re-entry stamp on your hand before you exit. You must present your stamp and ticket stub for re-entry. The pit area gate is closed once racing starts and not re-opened until after the last checkered flag.

Restrooms are located on the backside of the tower in the main grandstand, adjacent to the canteen in the beer garden, and in the tech building in the infield.

Official RIS swag is available in our merchandise booth at the turn one end of the tower, and online.
