The IWK 250 Test’N’Tune is set for Thursday evening (July 16) from 6 p.m. and running until approximately 9 p.m.

Advance registration for the session is required for all race teams that plan to participate; all teams that have registered to compete this weekend are invited. Space will be limited to the number of pits in the infield; any haulers that have not arrived by 6 p.m. when the session starts will have to wait for the next break before they can cross over the track into the pit area. The car registration fee is $25; pit admission is $5 and restricted to those 18 and older.

Fans are invited to attend with free admission to the grandstand.

All are encouraged to stop by Boston Pizza in Antigonish afterward for the IWK 250 Tailgate Party.

Numerous teams from the Parts for Trucks Pro Stock Tour, Napa Sportsman Series, and Atlantic Tiltload Maritime League of Legends are expected to participate in the session in anticipation of the richest weekend of the year on the regional short track circuit, the IWK 250 Super Weekend this Friday and Saturday at Riverside International Speedway.

Advance reserved and general admission tickets are available until Thursday online or by calling 902-863-2410. General admission tickets (no reserved) will be available Friday and Saturday at the track box office, opening at 4 p.m. Friday and at Noon on Sunday.

Friday’s sportsman and legends show starts at 7 p.m. IWK 250 qualifying starts at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, followed by the Boston Pizza Pre-Race Party at 5:30. Opening Ceremonies are a 7 p.m. followed by the green flag for the IWK 250 Presented by Steve Lewis Auto Body.
