Organizers for the Dulux Paint Maritime All Star Street Stock Series are excited to announce an expansion for this year that will see a unique format in which they have partnered with three facilities to add three races as points qualifiers in addition to the two races the series will sanction.

The result: five races, five tracks, one champion.

Drivers who compete in any of the five races will score points based on their finishing positions and the driver with the most points at the end of the season will be crowned champion of the 2024 Dulux Paint Maritime All Star Street Stock Series and receive the wrestling-style champions belt.

The host tracks for the two sanctioned events are River Glade Speedway and Riverside International Speedway. The River Glade race is part of the River Glade Revival and the Riverside race is part of that facility’s season finale featuring the ECI Pro Stock Tour.

The three tracks that have partnered with MASS are Petty International Raceway – as part of the River Glade International, Scotia Speedworld – as part of the ECI Pro Stock Tour season finale, and Speedway Miramichi – as part of the 7th Annual Very Best Fall Shootout.

It is important to note the qualifier events are existing races on each facility’s schedule so not adding extra burden to racers or fans by adding to an already busy season for street stock racers. The rules for the street stock division at each of the qualifier facilities are essentially the same as the Dulux Paint Maritime All Star Street Stock Series rules.

Driver registration is now open on the series website (www.maritimeallstars.ca).

The series season will be celebrated at the Annual Awards Banquet on November 30 at the Best Western Glengarry in Truro.
